The details on billing, plans, and how the work gets done.

Choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly plans are billed each month; annual plans are billed once a year at 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free. Each plan price covers cards up to that plan’s limit.

Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like and your plan won’t renew at the end of the current billing period. No long-term contract is required on monthly billing.

Yes. Move up as your card count grows or down if it shrinks. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing. Changes are reflected in your next bill.

Each active card issued to a driver or vehicle counts toward your plan’s limit: up to 10 on Starter, 50 on Fleet, and 200 on Command. If you need more than 200, talk to us.

After a card is used, the driver gets a message asking for the receipt. They reply with a photo, and it’s matched to the transaction automatically. Anything missing or out of policy shows up as an exception for your team to review. Command adds priority receipt processing.

No. Spartan Stack assembles your fuel tax packet from card activity so the numbers are organized and ready. You or your accountant still review and file. Fleet adds state-by-state assembly, and Command adds packets across multiple entities.
