What we collect
Customer account details such as name, work email address and mobile number. Payment details for the subscription, handled by our payment processor, which Spartan Stack does not store. Card transaction data from the issuing partner. Receipt images and messages drivers send. Vehicle mileage and location data the customer connects. Basic technical data such as device type, browser and pages visited.
How we use it
To match receipts to transactions, to read line items, to accumulate miles and gallons by state, to compare fuel against distance, to raise exceptions, to export to the customer's ledger, to take payment, to answer support requests, to send account notifications, and to meet legal obligations.
SMS and mobile information
If you opt in, Spartan Stack uses the mobile number you provide to send recurring automated account notifications text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent is not shared with any third parties.

Driver and vehicle information
Receipt images, mileage and approximate location reach Spartan Stack because the customer, as the driver's employer, connected them. They are used to match transactions and to build the customer's reports, and for nothing else. On this information Spartan Stack acts as a service provider on the customer's instruction, and a driver with a question should contact their employer.
Who else sees your data
The issuing partner and its bank, which receive the transaction data required to operate the card program. Our payment processor for the subscription. Retention
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long afterwards as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it.

Access inside Spartan Stack is limited to staff whose role requires it. Data is encrypted in transit.
Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
