Why receipts belong in the message thread

Drivers already send pump tickets to someone. Put that photo where the match can happen.

Meet drivers where they already text

Most drivers already snap a pump ticket and send it to dispatch, a manager, or a group chat. The trouble is that photo lands somewhere nobody can match it to a card charge. Spartan Stack gives drivers a number to text or WhatsApp the photo to, and the receipt ends up next to the charge it belongs to.

No app to install

Drivers use the SMS or WhatsApp thread already on their phone. They take the photo at the pump and hit send, the same habit they have now. There is no login to forget and no upload screen to fight with in the cold.

What happens after the driver hits send

  • The photo lands in that driver's thread
  • It is matched to the card charge it belongs to
  • Charges with no photo are flagged for ops
  • The receipt stays attached for tax and audit

What ops sees

Instead of a folder of loose images, ops sees card charges with the receipt already beside them. Charges still missing a photo stand out, so the follow-up happens while the driver still remembers the stop. That is a one-line text, not a glovebox search a month later.

Getting drivers to use it

Keep the ask small: one photo, same thread, every fill. Tell drivers who sees the photo and why, and reply in that same thread when something is missing. When the thread is where questions get answered, it becomes where receipts go.
